Ministry of Crab isn’t exactly one of the cheapest places to eat in Sri Lanka. But if you’re a seafood lover, it’s absolutely worth every rupee. The crabs here are enormous (some of the biggest I’ve ever seen served on a plate). And the menu is built around showcasing them in all their glory. From garlic chili crab to the iconic crab curry, every dish is a celebration of bold flavors and local ingredients.
The vibe is upmarket but relaxed. This is a stylish restaurant where you can enjoy fine food without feeling overly formal. It’s become such a hit that they now sell their own branded merchandise.
